For some strange reason, most kettlebell movements don't hurt my right hand as most of the other things that I normally do as a part of my workout, so I decided to put together a k-bell circuit for today. Here's how it went...
BUPs X 5 each hand
Jerks X 10 each hand
Front Squats X 25
Anchor Pulls X 40
No rest between exercises, about 75 seconds rest between circuits. I did the complete circuit four times and got all the way up to the thirtieth anchor pull on the fifth circuit.
I finished up by walking with the k-bell in full lockout press position for three minutes, switching hands every 45 seconds.
It was a good, sweaty workout - might hit some grippers on the left tonight if time permits.
