Long Time, No Post

It's been over six months since my last update, which is far too long.  I've been immersed in other writing projects and in the development of other sites and unfortunately No Limits was put on the proverbial back burner.

That's all gonna change starting now though.  From here on out I'm going to make every effort to provide regular updates, links, articles and videos to help you keep up to date on the ever changing world of physical culture.

We'll start with an incredible source of fitness information, Straight to the Bar, which has just released a list of it's 70 best articles during the site's illustrious seven year history... Enjoy!
