Haven't missed a workout, but couldn't quite find the time to post - nothing too exciting anyway.
Lots of grippers both days - holds for time, had one hold with the right that seemed like an eternity. One hundred parallel closes changing hands as necessary.
Warm up for both days was plyo jumping and kettlebell swings - I'm really digging the plyos at the moment, high intensity. 150 kettlebell swings on Tuesday, 165 on Wednesday. I finished up both workouts with some finger lifting - my hands have felt great, even morning after - must have something to do with the hot/cold soaks before jumping in the shower.
