Last night's focus couldn't have been simpler - grippers, grippers and more grippers.
I started out with holds until failure, moving up in difficulty until the amount of time I could hold the gripper closed was bordering on zero. After time holds I moved onto parallel reps on the Vulcan - 100 reps switching hands as necessary, then finally no set reps on the lowest Vulcan setting for one set on each hand to failure.
Once the workout was done, I threw back a Muscle Milk and hit some alternating hot and cold soaks to try and speed up recovery. The soaks must have worked pretty well - both hands feel fine today.
