Saturday's workout was brief but intense - just grippers and some bends. Lots of overcrushes and holds and some max attempts on the Vulcan followed by some short lengths of 1/4" CRS from SteelWorks.
Sunday started off with 225 swings with the 24k bell then moved on to grip work. Lots of volume with the Tetting Hub, FBBC Bomb and finished up with half of a 70lb hex for some pinch work.
The hubbing felt particularly good, haven't done any of that in quite a while, the k-bell swings worked up a nice sweat as well - all in all it was a very good workout for the amount of time invested.
