Bodyweight and Conditioning

Tonight's workout consisted mainly of hand balancing and other bodyweight movements for the resistance portion and some pretty intense intervals on the stair climber for conditioning.

The workout was pretty quick but definitely effective, I haven't done any handstands or the like in a little while and I'm feeling it in my shoulders and wrists.
