Had a frustrating day at work and to blow off some steam I figured I'd work the torsion grippers just a little bit...


5 X 10 (with grind on each rep) each hand

Choked HG300

5 reps right

5 assisted reps left

Wasn't a ton of work and it didn't take long, but it did help me feel better.
