Been a little while since I focused completely on Deads and my lower back - felt REALLY good!

  1. The best part of that video was I assume your daughter training with you hitting the punching bag. Great to see others get there kids into training.....meaning to or not!

  2. Yeah, she comes down into the gym a couple times a week with me - no pressure at all, she does as much as she really wants to then she splits. She was deadlifting last week, she's got a pretty good pull for someone who only weighs 35lbs!
