I first saw this video a while back on Ross Enamait's site and though it was definitely worth sharing. This drill is an awesome way to crank up the intensity of a traditional bodyweight workout and to make the "traditional" push up routine a whole lot more interesting.

Push Up Variations
The traditional push up can be a great exercise for developing the chest, arms and abs but a lot of people complain that just dinpush ups is boring. For those of you that are in the market for a little variety in their upper body workouts, check out these push up variations.
